We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (£12.95):

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our products like a cornerman stands behind their fighter. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Important Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom Made Mouthguards
  • Autograph Gloves (if personalized)
  • Used training equipment

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include:

Once received, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy
